The establishment is very well maintained, although the building is not new. The room was clean, same as the bathroom. Hot water and fresh towels were available. The room had tea/coffee and other complimentary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. My overall experience was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly. I would like to especially thank Ebru. She does her job with real passion. When we arrived, we didn’t know where to go, and she kindly helped us and patiently explained how to get around. She also has a wonderful smile that makes everyone feel welcome. This hotel is a mixed bag. While the buffet is good, the service and policies of this hotel are downright nefarious. My room was smelly. I went to the bathroom and clicked the door shut, and it got locked! Luckily I had my phone with me so I was able to call the reception and ask for help. Two men entered my room and hammered the door knob out of the door, and the door was still locked. They literally had to pull out the locked part with brute...

First of all CANSU is help me when I came back from my procedure. She escorted me to the dining room and helped me get food even though it had just closed. She was courteous, kind, respectful, and compassionate. I am very impressed with all the staff here in this hotel and will be recommending it to everybody that I know coming to Istanbul.
