Avoid this place – Dirty, loud, and misleading ratings I honestly don’t know where to start. This was easily the second-worst hotel experience of my life. It took three attempts just to find a room that was "stayable." The first two were so filthy I refused to move in. Even the third room, where I eventually stayed, was barely a 2-star experience. I’ve never seen so much hair in a hotel bed before—it was even on the "fresh" towels. To make matters worse, there were coffee stains on the walls and furniture, along with cigarette burns everywhere. It was honestly disgusting. The issues didn’t stop at the cleanliness: • Maintenance: On day two, there was no water in the morning at all. My bathroom had a constant bad smell, and my colleague in another room had no hot water. • Noise: The walls are paper-thin. You hear every conversation in the hallway. For three nights straight, a school group on my floor caused chaos after 10 PM. When I complained, the hotel just said "all good" and did absolutely nothing to fix it. On day 3 I entered my room and the floor was full of water. They didn’t know where this was coming from. • Atmosphere: If you’re squeamish, be warned: the breakfast area is full of medical tourists. Seeing bloody, crusty scalps from recent hair transplants while trying to eat is not a great way to start the day. • The Food: Breakfast was mediocre at best. Everything felt cheap—from the yogurt and cereal to the low-quality bread. A word of caution on the reviews: The staff here use a "trick" to boost their rating. A cleaner gave me two bottles of water and then "forced" me to leave a review right then and there. It turns out, guests think they are rating the individual staff member, but it actually goes toward the hotel's overall Google rating. This is clearly why the score is higher than it deserves to be. This hotel desperately needs a deep renovation, better staff training, and a complete overhaul of their cleaning standards. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
